Posh Brats was born very simply from a love of fantastic bath & body products!!

My name is Brittany De Staedtler and I am the creator and founder of this exciting enterprise. I have always been plagued with extremely tempermental and sensitive skin. The years I spent in the beauty industry taught me that the high-end, expensive 'designer' products are not always the best for your skin.

I personally spent mountains of money on skin care products and treatments that swore results and always ended up in the bottom of my vanity (or the trash bin) because they did NOT work for me!

I shyed away from 'natural' products because I felt it was too hippy and boring for my glam tastes....was I ever wrong! I happened upon some pretty amazing natural products (you now see on my website). What converted me? Very simply back in 2003 I was strolling through Seattle's Pike Place Market with my then boyfriend and we stopped at a vendor stall of products made with organic lavender. I was completely charmed by the lovely lady who was selling her wares and she handed me a small amber jar of face cream.

I took it home and didn't expect too much and I happened to be experiencing a flare up of post-menstrual spots and eczema. Well, I slathered this cream on and went to bed. Imagine my joy and surprise the next morning when I saw a VAST improvement in my skin after only one application ! My skin was clearer , the spots had lost their redness, and my skin felt so smooth. Within 3 days.... I was a new woman (or at least my skin was!).

That was it for me.....that's where my obsession began. I began searching the globe for natural remedies and products and I believe I have compiled the best of the best. These days you'll find me happily surrounded by these beautiful products and passionately sharing them with both my web customers and those lucky souls that wander into my beautiful 17th century shopfront.
